How to request deletion

Send us a request from the mobile number on the account, or from the email address linked to it, including the words “delete my account”.

Or email help@hariharamandir.com. We will confirm the request on your registered number before acting on it, so that nobody else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, gotra and language preference.
• Your mobile number and login sessions.
• The devotee names and gotra stored against your bookings.

What we must keep

Records of completed transactions — booking reference, date, amount and tax details — are retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. These are kept separately from your profile and are not used to contact you.

How long it takes

We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Deletion is permanent — your booking history and any pooja videos still held for you cannot be recovered afterwards.

Before you delete

If you have a pooja scheduled but not yet performed, deleting your account will cancel it. Check your bookings first, and see the Refund Policy for what you are owed.
