By booking a pooja on Hari Hara Mandir you agree to these terms.
What you are booking
You are booking a ritual service: a purohit performs the named ritual at the named temple on the stated date, including a sankalpam in the names and gotra you provide. You are not booking attendance, and your presence is not required.
Accuracy of sankalpam details
The names, gotra, nakshatra and rashi you enter are read out as given. We cannot correct spellings we were not given correctly. Please check them before you pay. If you notice an error, contact us before the scheduled date and we will correct it if the ritual has not yet been performed.
Scheduling
- Rituals are performed on the date shown. Bookings close before that date so the purohit can prepare.
- Temple timings, festival crowds and priest availability can shift a ritual by a short period. If a ritual cannot be performed at all, you are refunded in full.
- Chadhavas without a fixed date are performed on the next suitable day.
Your pooja video
A personalised video of your sankalpam is delivered within 48 hours of the ritual. Occasionally temple restrictions prevent recording; where that happens we will tell you in advance or refund you.
Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment partner. A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds.

Your account
Your account is tied to your mobile number. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive your OTP can sign in. Tell us immediately if you lose control of the number.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit names or text that are abusive, obscene or unlawful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, including automated requests to our OTP system.
- Do not resell bookings.
We may cancel a booking and refund it if these terms are broken.
What we do not promise
We undertake to have the ritual performed correctly and to give you evidence of it. We make no claim about outcomes in your life, and no ritual should be treated as a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
